Specialises in commercial law, with specific emphasis on planning and executing inter-group restructuring and company transformation processes.

Has participated in preparing and implementing many complex transactions for restructuring intra-group liabilities and streamlining capital group structures necessitating numerous legal actions related to civil-law agreements and corporate relationships, for media companies, telecom operators and others. Has participated in tax optimisation projects, in charge of the corporate and civil law aspects of such processes, including a transaction consisting of spinning off and making an in-kind contribution of telecommunication infrastructure to the subsidiary of one of the largest Polish telecom operators. Led a comprehensive due diligence study relating to planned M&A transactions. 

Is a permanent arbitrator as well as the secretary of the Court of Appeals for Profesjonalna Liga Piłki Siatkowej S.A. [the Polish Professional Volleyball League] since 2002. Has broad experience in civil litigation including arbitration and mediation proceedings.
