He specialises in the tax planning of inter-group restructuring processes as well as real estate trade transactions. He holds extensive experience in representing the interests of taxpayers in tax, audit and court-administrative proceedings.

He worked as the director of the office of legal entities, indirect taxes department of the Tax Office for Poznań - Nowe Miasto in 1995-1998. He joined Grynhoff Woźny & Partners in 1998. He is the author of numerous publications regarding issues related to the invoicing of telecommunication services rendered in cooperation between operators. He has advised chambers of commerce representing telecommunications operators in the process of harmonization of VAT laws.

He has been a member of the Tax Advisory Committee of the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan since 2005. He has also been a member of the FIVB (International Volleyball Federation) Legal Commission since 2006.
