Marcin Borkowski

He specialises in the area of commercial law, civil law and intellectual property law.

He has extensive experience in ongoing legal support and consultancy for Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, including in particular company and capital group restructuring processes, preparing legal audits and comprehensive support of transactions relating to real estate and enterprises. He is the author of numerous publications in the specialist press.

Holds a PhD in law.
