Legal Education Patron 2009
19/12/2009
The title of 'Legal Education Patron' is granted by the European Legal Students Association (ELSA) of Poland. This is the second time the Firm has received the award. ELSA Poland's National Management Board has recognised our contribution to the development of legal education.
The award ceremony took place on 18 December 2009 at the headquarters of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal, during the 'Law Students in Poland 2009' All-Poland Legal Education Days Summary Conference.
In cooperation with ELSA Poland, Grynhoff Woźny Maliński organises Konkurs 'ITele©t' aimed at promoting students who have aknowledge of law and yet are also passionate about new technologies and electronic communications market issues. The contest was first held in 2007, and interest has grown steadily, with about 40 per cent more papers being submitted each year. Brand recognition of 'ITele©t' is also on the increase among law students.
"The project perfectly suits the needs of law students coming to the end of their studies, who want to test the skills they've acquired academically in practice," says Agata Kurek-Stec, Marketing and Communications Manager. "It gives them a completely new perspective on their future profession, particularly because their work is judged from the point of view of a business client using the services of a law firm."
