E-invoices with Examples
20/04/2009
E-invoices and e-signatures allow companies to make significant savings and improve the operating efficiency of financial, administrative and logistics departments. From 1 July 2009, it will be obligatory to settle with the Social Security Office [ZUS] using an electronic signature.
During the conference: 'E-Invoices with Examples. Legal Requirements, Fiscal Doubts, and the Stages and Costs of Implementation', experts will present the stages involved in setting up an e-invoice using an e-signature and an EDI system, and will draw attention to the pitfalls and problems associated with implementing both solutions.
Krzysztof Siewicz, a lawyer from the intellectual property and new technologies practice, will present the legal aspects of e-invoicing, particularly the legal requirements for a qualified electronic signature and EDI.
